Please help with Product Registration issue!!!!!!

Not sure if this is the right catagory to put it in but... (realy no one can help me? :( )

It will not accept my serial number at impulse I even tried to copy and paste from the order conformation page! Please help! Is there a wait time or what?

did u make sure there werent any spaces when u copy pasted? you can always contact customer support, they'll be able to help you better.:thumbsup:

and take it easy mate, the more u ask/complain the fewer ppl will want to help (it makes u look like a 2 year old) just some friendly advice though.

Serial numbers are not on your order receipt. If you're attempting to enter a number from your reciept, it's the wrong one. ;)

Your Diplomacy registration should have automatically been added to your Impulse account unless you purchased under a different email address. If this occurred, please contact [email protected] for assistance. If you did use the same email address, you can have your serials sent to you via email by click the blue ? in the upper-right of the Impulse client and selecting Look up serial number.
