Since there are many skinnable programs out there please add the application name in your title so it is easier to distinguish which program you are reference.  Something like "WindowBlinds: How do I change scrollbars" or "DesktopX: I need help grouping objects" are great subject lines.

Skinning is to be fun so lets help each other out in a most friendly way by offering hints and tips and trying to help each other solve skinning related questions.

I just happend to come across this link for Creating Windows XP Icons. I have been to the MSDN library before, but ahemmm....
Mr. Bill (Gates) is not the first place I go to for this type of information. ha, ha. Who knew?
