Am I missing something?

I just purchased windowblinds for 19.95 with which I thought was compatible with windows 7 as of October (which is stated everywhere) but when I load impulse, windowblinds 6 appears and everytime I try to install it, it basically says it's not compatible with windows 7. I have windows 7 RC if that helps at all. Am I doing something wrong or is windowblinds still not available for windows 7?

Click on "Show pre-release versions" in Impulse's "preferences"...;)

Do you have "Show  Pre-Release Versions" checked when you click the blue rectangle, or do you choose " Show Pre-Release (alpha/beta) versions" under preferences? The latter only shows pre release versions of Impulse.

Also, do you have an Object Desktop Subscription? This will allow you to see betas.

I have a valid  Object Desktop Ultimate sub and Show Pre-Released checked under preferences...

Jafo, I believe that choosing that under preferences, which is under the blue rectangle, is just for showing pre release versions of Impulse itself.

Spelling don't count...lol.

No, I think you're wrong. Checking "show pre-release versions" in Impulse shows the betas.

*** Eating some crow***

I sit corrected....they both are for beta programs. Somewhere there is a setting to use betas of Impulse itself though.

You're talking about this:

This setting is used to get beta versions of Impulse itself, not beta applications available through Impulse.

See! You're not crazy! So stop eating crow (I assume it's stringy).

Thanks, Shirley!  Yes, it is stringy and dry to boot! x_x
