Need some help making a Logo

Ok, last time I asked for help, I asked for someone nice enough to make an image for me depecting the US from an aerial view with the US Flag sodta faded over it and the words Proud American in it. Some was nice enough to help me out and I am very appriciative of his help. Actually, 2 people help so I wanna thank vStyler and BoXXi for their contributions.

This time, however, I would like to be involved in the process and want to make my own Logo for my upcoming podcast blog. Wanna create something I can post in my blogs and attach to the podcast itself. Something a bit unique to me and the style my blog will have. I have an idea on what I would like it to look like but I lack skills to make an image for this. The image below is a draft idea of what I would like it to look like, kind of a 3D look of a character face talking too much and the other covering his ears. I would like someone to help me design thing, but my only problem is I don't have any programs like Adobe Photoshop or Corel. I do, however, have a paint program called RealWorld and I also have Paint.Net. If it's possible can someone teach me or maybe point me to a good place for me to make this Logo? Thank you.

Borrowed the image from here

Maybe make it look a bit like this one:

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey,

I'm pretty sure I have Adobe Photoshop (I think it's Cs3 or whatever.) stashed somewhere on the external drives that I brought with me, then subsequently stored in my room cloest. Let me see if I can find it and try to email it to you? I thik gmail has a pretty large file capacity, and if i compress it, then it could send.

Anyways, let me look and get back to you. It might be a day or so until then.

You can do it in paint.net - use layers to make it look good

Not sure what real world is, so go no comment on it's functionality

Yeah, no problem; helping others should be the norm for society. Unfortunately it isn't.
