First of all, Lucifer is not a god, think of him as a pimp. He does the same kind of thing, but deals in souls instead of money.
Second, Harpo is (probably) not a lunatic, just a deranged and over enthusiastic follower of this game.
Third, defiance is good, but don't piss of those more powerful than yourself. Hell is hell you know...
And ryat, for the record i support making the pirates stronger in distant stars, but only at the beginning. There is no need to make them tougher later on when they bring 14 capitol ships.
