Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

I was saying that it was random how, in all my time posting here and using Hrtbrk One (\^/) That he's never asked b4....

maybe he has never got around to it

I guess not.

Question: If you're part of the DS Team, why isn't DS part of you're username?  Where's the commitment?!?

lol, none of us have that,

partially because Carbon is part of the -Ue_ team

and partially because the Avatar's say it all

I'm just saying... that, and devoting your avatar to the team when you could just DS-Ryat your username seems a little much to me.

Then again, I'm not one for clans, or teamwork for that matter...

Well, it's not a clan or anything. We work on a mod. The avatars look cool and DS-Draakjacht would a little too close to a clan name for my taste. Besides, this way we don't have to change names and lose our INDIVIDUALITY!

How you like that?

I'll give you props for that.

Even if you did bash on my individuality... which now makes you a hypocrite, but hey, takes one to know one.

Hang on... my crush is having some problems with something, I g2g help her.

...dont sound so envious  :P

I'm not a big fan of clans; mostly due to the commitment and the fact that whenever you play, you represent your clan as you play... especially if I"m the leader of a clan, I hate carrying the rep of the clan on my back whever I play.

So now I just go stag all the time.

yeah that is how the rest of us feel

some need to be in a team to feel important

some just need to kick butt and chew bubble gum, though we keep running out of bubble gum :P

IDK for sure, tho.   When I led my one clan, I felt wanted, needed and I felt powerful, but eventually the clan's win/loss rate and reputation died whilst under my lead, so I left.  What REALLY pissed me off was that the old leader refused to pass total control onto me; he wanted me to raise the clan into something great he could brag about the one or two times a year he got on...

...well since we are on the topic of clans.

Honestly, in other games I play I look for fellowship more than anything else. Guilds, clans, whatever are where you find people you can play with and get to know and enjoy the game together.

So in my mind the DS team is a clan. Guild. Pick a term.

They Live!

And I was not ragging on your individuality, I was ragging on you for constantly pointing it out, which is indeed not individualistic.

Yes, clans suck. And not all DS people choose to have an avatar, such as Stant123.

Response to Carbon. True, a rose by any other name.

But I also just compile a friends list, often including people whom I will play with, but not all at the same time. So I have had circles of friends, but far from anything as formalized as a clan.

I know a guy that got smurfed. Blue body paint and beer make for good parties.

yes those are smurfs, but this term applies also for ultramarines and secondary accounts to screw up lesser players.

So they managed to tie the series up...  Good for them.  I had to work so I missed out on watching, but I kept getting text messages from friends about phantom calls against the Lakers.  Just means I'm 1 game closer to going to a playoff game.  Got tickets to game 7 if there is one.  >=]

So you go to parties to drink beer and watch people get body painted yet you'd pass on one of mine that has lots of alcohol of every kind, strippers, and live music performances, all because someone runs through the place wearing beach toys once when everyone is good and drunk already?  You confuse me sometimes.
