Deskcapes can't up update v2.50.014 to v2.50.069 through Impulse but need serial number

Hi I had a problem with update Deskscapes.

They said it must have a serial number to update Deskcapes. I sended my email to ([email protected]) by stardock support to get a serial number. But nothing happend they just send something about serial number but no serial number at all.   So i been sick of it why they dont send me serial number to me. I tried so many times but same information as they send before. 

So if someone can help me plaese just post on it

Impulse is a download manager.

 

Impulse doesn't need a serial, you need a serial to download not free or trials.

to get a serial, you have to buy a serial for the software.

That's why it says this:

As stated in that quote - Email [email protected] and they will look into this for you.  Explain in the email the problem you are having.

This almost sounds like he is soliciting to GET a free serial number. I have NEVER had this happen before because I actually buy all my software from stardock. It looks like he just installed Impulse and made a new account and hasn't bought a product so he comes here to complain about getting a new serial, which he was never entitled to in the first place.

If you have a VALID issue, asking in the forums isn't the way to go, you send an email to support and then wait for their reply. Make sure you send them a receipt of some kind like a paypal receipt or credit card invoice for proof. I'm not saying that this is pirating for serials but come on I have seen similar stuff like this before on other forums. Stardock has always been prompt to send me my registration info on many occasions with the proper credentials.

The point is....asking here for someone to send you serials (suspicious) is useless, email support with your problems and explain your issues with them.

FYI: that email he posted above is exactly what it says when you first install impulse and have NOT purchased any products and go to here https://www.stardock.com/support/ and type your email address in for the first time.

Not sure if that's the case since phisitpop's user profile shows them to be a Current Customer.

Only Stardock would know for sure if they have a DeskScapes subscription.

phisitpop, if you click here while signed into your user profile you should be able to see your serial numbers.

 

Edit...should have checked the date on the original post...two weeks ago, wonder if they got it straight?
