serial number problem

it says my serial number/email is wrong when i'm trying to make a bootskin of my own, but i know it is right email, and the serial number is the same one i recieved in the email, so i was wondering if anyone else is having this issue

I had that issue a while back, but I don't think that it's because your serial no. is wrong... more like the stardock website is busy or experiencing problems.  I copied and pasted mine several times over a couple of hours and the "wrong serial no." error kept coming back, then all of a sudden it was accepted.

The other thing you could do to be sure is get an updated serial no. list via Impulse> Help Button/?-mark top right> Look Up serial No.  You will then get an email back from Stardock with all your (current) serial no's... use the updated serial no. to create/upload your bootskin.

OK, sounds like it might be down to site issues, then. That's what happened to me, but then it came good again.   If the problem persists it would be worth your while to contact stardock support to get them to look into it.

If it's the free version, you're not able to create your own. You're only able to create your own with the Object Desktop subscriber version.
