Hey Blair, Yarlen, frogboy etc...
Would you guys be open to playing against regular players such as myself on a monthly or weekly basis?
Why do you think these hard-working guys who don't have time to play Sins all day would want to go toe-to-toe with the heavy-duty pros? We know Blair could hold his own in the pro game, but have you ever seen any of the other Ironclad or Stardock employees play?
what makes you think they dont play you guys? their not gonna use their normal names. you guys would beat up on them all the time. But I bet you guys face off against them all the time and dont even know their devs.
I play all the time and use this name. I'd be up for some action though.
Not that defeating a dev at his own game wouldnt have its.. ego perks (and I imagine that a few of us may already have without even knowing it), but Id like the opportunity just to see what kind of tactics they use, and what kind of matches they prefer to play. I have a suspicion that the developers would want to play a game type that more effectively utilizes some of the less popular dynamics of the game, (ie pirates, unlocked teams, multistars etc)
Either way, Id be honored to play along side or against any of the IC/stardock crew for the simple pleasure of enjoying the game with the people who made/distributed it.

What time are you guys free to play? Doesnt have to be during work hours (but I like the idea of paid to play).

when are we gonna see a tournament? It think it be quite entertaining to see what happens when you get some of these "Forum Legends" in one room together.
We have already been unknowingly playing the devs. in the patch notes they said they smurfed among us to help with balance 
.
now just to figure out who the devs are....

Many of them, at least the ones who play online multiplayer, face off against each other all the time.

Err is all the rudeness necesary? I mean hosnestly if I was a DEV it's people like you who would make me not to want to play with the communaty. GEEE. 
Unsure how many other devs would be able to join in, but I'm sure LikeTheWhirlwind and I can hop on for a few games sometime next week after normal work hours. Probably closer to 8 PM EST, but I'll get you more specifics before then.

Do i sense a overwhelming crushing force that is the Developers rolling over the players?
Believe me when I say there is nothing overwhelming or crushing about how I play, but to please the community I'll put myself on the line anyhow.
And then a plan unfolds to conquer the galaxy!
