Vista with no min, max button

I know this could be done with windows XP because I created it once and worked.

But unfortunately my created theme just work on XP only not in vista.

Anyone has this kind of theme, with no min,max button?

Anykind of theme or maybe default theme will do, except no min, max button.

id you skin the perpixel buttons and frames? that could be a reason
