[BUG] Entry movie is too corny
The entry movie is too corny, and it's also way too pixelated... please make a different one for each beta, so i can file a new bug every time... ![]()

The only thing missing from that slice of fried gold was a warning about being eaten by a grue.
I loved the intro, my wife didn't get it at all and that just made it even more amusing.
Sammual
awwwww... You TOTALLY skipped the Hack version of the game ![]()
My wife did get it, which surprised the living heck out of me.
It's, quite honestly, one of the coolest little additions I've seen in a Video Game in quite some time. It's not Dwarf Fortress, but it's getting there ![]()
Love the intro! Brings back good memories....
It's classic keep it. ![]()
Actually I believe the intro was more along the lines of the original Ultima series...."Lord Frogboy" and such being a play on Lord British. Just my 2ยข
Haha I had a feeling that was the inspiration ![]()
ZOMFG...Ultima IV was the bomb, I got that game when I was like 9 or 10...played it for hours on my C-64...I can still hum the music to it. I played it so many times, I can still remember most of it. Crap I think I am carbon dating myself now ![]()
Is there any way to archive this build away? I want to save the intro forever, and maybe even all the other builds as well, keep a running chronicle with the intros and such.
You could use Impulse to make an archive from the game and after all patches / new betas. If you want to play an older version again, you can use Impulse to restore such an archive.
why don't make things like that intro a goodie in the final version?
All intros will be .bik files. Just save these and find a bink-player.
Current intro is at Elemental\Movies\BetaIntro.bik
Speaking of inspiration...I wonder if the mod system would allow one to recreate Ultima IV...hmmmmm think we'll call the world...Frogtania!!!!!
