Nice, but I prefer my spiders a little less on the bulbous side. Games never get the aspect of primal fear of spiders right.

Wolf spiders make better models, imo.

Yes, it seems artists are generally too much influenced by the Shelob design when it come to spiders.

Wolf spiders are definitely scarier than garden spiders. And these look like garden spiders.

Let's not joke around about wolf spiders. We have some here the size of your hand. ><

Screenies look sweet though. Everything that's come out for Elemental just makes me want to play the game more.

Ok, you want to talk about spiders.  I ran into this article some time ago.  I am seriously phobic when it comes to spiders, so this one native to Australia freaks me out to no end.

I love the picture with the the pewter markers on the map. I am one of the few people still disappointed that TW moved away from the original 'tabletop' map view with markers to the "realistic" strategic map.  >:( Leave it to SD to bring back a great idea!

BTW:  The worst (i.e. scariest) spider is the Camel Spider (albeit, technically it is not a spider).

You got company there. Way too much tedious moving armies around. If only there was an option to combine strategic movement from the first installment of Medieval:TW with tactical combat from the second part. :(
