the developers only hope is to create a new race much stronger than the other two that can compete with TEC.

You can spam scouts against Advent all day, it won't work if the Advent player has half a brain

if i can keep your illums at a manageable level with 10-12 scouts( manageable meaning anything under 15) then i only need 5 kodis and 5 hoshis to demolish you.

You forget that all ships die to illums and your scouts won't do nuttin 'gainst my progenitor. One guardian with repulse and i win anyway, kodis are awfully short-ranged next to illums...

10-12 scouts will do nothing to 10-15 illums.  5 hoshis will be the most helpfull - but then the average advent will have Gardians, and its Game Over

Advant will simply sit back and restor sheilds...

advent is the noobest race of all. if you cant win with illum spam and repulse you cant win.

Advent Caps own TEC ANYTHING, what do you think is going to happen when you send 10-12 scouts against some of the most powerful units in the game, with their own cap? Not to mention that advent scouts are powerful on their own and cheap. And advent lfs are cheap.

If you think illum spam and repulse are the only thing the advent have going for them then you haven't played the game in awhile...

You can call the advent n00bs all you want, the fact still remains that they win.

On a technical note, have you ever been Advent scout rushed?  Its quite damaging and hard to counter.  Lvl 1-2 damage increases, sheild resoring, Illums comming soon after... not a good time for the TEC or Vasari players.
