I can't find the option.

OK, from my "expert" terminology, you already know I'm an idiot.
I cant seem to be able to find the option to skin the title bar and borders for maximized windows.
I have been designing GUIs for years (coding) and I feel quite the simpleton not being able to find this feature.

No you dont have to use treeview. Its under the "titelbar and windowframes" heading.
And here you adjust the positions of the titlebar buttons when maximized.
I cannot believe it was there all along! - Feel free to throw tomatoes at me...
