I looked in Impulse and I noticed these themes are not listed in there. So I go to the page where it shows my registrations, I try one of the serial numbers and it says "There was an error validating your registration."
But all of my other themes I own just installed and validated fine? Is Stardock issuing bad serials?
Ive found an alternate solution to this problem. If I go into my account details in Impulse, then click on the registrations, I can click on the secondary link which downloads a zip file containing the theme, I of course have Theme Manager installed so its no biggie.
When you look at your serial numbers, inside impulse account details, you will see Download Link 1, which should download MyColors_Setup.exe and the secondary link which downloads the following files:
GlossBurgandyFile.zip
GlossGreySuite.zip
GlossMintSuite.zip
You're doing better than I am. All I get is "There is an error updating Impulse" I have reset the data multiple times with the same results. First time since it's beta days Impulse has failed to work properly.
No joy downloading or updating the reistration in Impulse or MyColors
Wizard, the just happened to me trying the link that Zubaz showed. I really think the updateing part of Impulse in broken.
You can get the Gloss Themes by going here:

Look in your account, andf find the Gloss Themes. Choose Link 2 , and it will download a .suite file for each theme. Make sure you have Theme Manager and all required programs installed.
Under help in Impulse you can look up serial numbers for all your stardock purchases. When you get the e-mail, Gloss Grey & Gloss Mint are listed. The second download link gets you the Theme file installer, then you can install through theme manager. Be patient folks, Stardock will get it fixed.
How in the heck did you even find out about Gloss Grey and Gloss Mint?! I always wait until Stardock announces something -- I didn't know there was any other way to find out.
Edited to say: All I have is Gloss BURGUNDY -- there is no option for anything else that is Gloss. Is this some strange glitch like that first time Sony released Grand Theft Auto VI, with the hooker asking the player if they wanted a cup of coffee and it turned into a sex scene? 
Got an email. Only place I'm seeing them so far is same as reply 9 above. Not sure if those are for MyColors versions or ThemeManager versions, if they're only doing one or the other, or if you can pick MyColors or ThemeManager version.
I think these goodies from Stardock take a while to appear in Impulse for us OD Subscribers and are done in order so the time of appearance varies from person to person. The last freebie I think took close to 24hours to appear for all subscribers and the word at the time was to have patience. Presently I have had the Email announcement for close to 12 hours but no appearance in Impulse yet but it is sleeptime here so........zzzzzzzz. In any case thanks Stardock the preview shots look nice. 
I got the email today saying the two additions - grey and mint - were free for ODNT subscribers along with the Burgundy that we've had for a while.
Hoever, if I go to my list of registrations, it says that grey and mint will be provided only as ODNT discounts.
What's up with that?
Give it some time, probably they will show up in Impulse tomorrow for those of us that don't see them yet. 
nope, there's no download link 1 
I did a reset data and now it tells me i don't get a valid registration for Windowblinds 7 
I think Stardock quickly removed the link. Maybe they don't want people to access it this way.
But I don't see the skin in the update al all. 
I'm having the same problems. Mine downloaded, but the registration codes say invalid, please try again, I took out the dashed and still the same problem. I got the wall for mint but i can't seem to get anything else to work.

The keys from that page are now working perfectly in Impulse
... and now Impulse doesn't show SkinStudio 7 neither than the latest WindowBlinds 7 beta with new UI in software list ...
What am i supposed to do ?

I have had the same problem. yesterday the themes weren't showing up in impulse, but today they are there. Check impulse today and check it out.
It had already been for a long time negotiated when "Camouflage" came out, could the Object Desktop / Wincustomize subscribers get once for all the free MyColors theme with non encrypted images ??? 
(another link in subscribers resources to download as a .suite file for example ... )
renamed .suite to .zip and unzipped... no problems. Thanks Stardock! 
Now to do a substyle for win7. I like that gloss grey with the horse via vlad wallpaper too! Cool...
