Ha! Looks like I not only speak like a Maynah, I also compose like one. Tried to edit for paragrah breaks with no luck. Good thing it's short and since I'm short of time...what it is, it is!
Hmm, I've always found accents to be fascinating. I mean, when you get down to it, here in Oregon there are many, many accents. Then there's the good ole NW'er accent. ![]()
I love Orgeon. Spent most of my time there in Astoria and over the bridge to Washington in the Naselle area. Almost moved there once.
I think you wear your accent well. I like it.
Have a safe trip sista!
Astoria is nice, but not my type of place. In fact, if you go east to portlandm then head south - you have the whole Willamette valley area, it is simply amazing. I'll be moving up to Eugene come September, so woohoo.
I'm baaaaaackkkkk
Had a fabulous time. The weather the last half of the week was awesome! Forgot how rural it was compared to here. Went from home to home the whole week having get to gethers all over the place but did manage to blueberry pick one glorious afternoon with a dear friend.
We showed up with an empty dance card and it was quite full two days later. Should really have gone with a two week schedule instead of one week. It was pretty much go, go, go all week. Had to go South to rest!
So now instead of pauking my cah on the tah, I'm back to parking my automobile on the pavement!!
