I assume the regional pricing is for countries with EUR and GBP currencies. I advice sellers to be very carefull with this. It is not forbidden to have different pricing between euro and forint territories, but it is forbidden to take steps that for example prevent people that live in euro territory to buy in forint territory. Nintendo for example got a heavy EUR 149 million fine for this a few years ago. This was because they were using lower prices in GBP territory than in the eurozone and Nintendo had a punishment policy against traders that were importing for the UK and refused and Nintendo also refused warranty and support to customers that bought games in the UK.

I think this particular example stays within the limits of the law (i.e. you can drive to Hungary, walk into an internet cafe and buy the game). But be carefull!

Why should they when all you have to do is remember that most sales will be for North America only.

And Impulse is the wrong place to complain about regional pricing. Impulse doesn't set the prices, the publishers do, so go complain to the publishers.
