this game is quite a failure, it still has bugs and there are only 5 games running maximum at once.

You've played over 80 games... It's like eating 9/10 of a sandwich and then demanding your money back because you didn't order mustard.
As woca hinted at, full refunds are only available if you're encountering an issue that prevents you from playing, which is pretty obviously not the case for you given the number of games you've played.
If you are able to play, you can get only a partial refund at best. The window in which you can be eligible for a refund is 30 days from retail purchase (NA only), 60 days from online-paypal purchase, and 90 days from online-non-paypal purchase. If you fall within the window, you can contact [email protected] for further details.
