[BUG] Disruptive Strikes

The capship ability Disruptive strikes is broken. the file BuffDisruptiveStrikesSelf.entity say that the buff will affect the "WAVE" and "BEAM" weapons. WAVE is fine but the BEAM should be "FLASHBEAM" to work properly.

So that's why a level 3 power surge + level 3 disruptive strikes is hardly enough to keep an enemy cap's AM pool from regenerating.
