Practical immortality.

Time-manipulation: speed up, stop and reverse time at will.

Immortality without the effects of aging would be my choice as well...  living thousands and possibly millions of years.  Such an individual would obtain massive amounts of knowledge, witness many drastic changes in technologies, learn thousands of skills and even observe evolutionary changes, etc., etc., .  This doesn't include all the many different lifestyles one could live as well. 

Energy manipulation and flight without wings.  Instant regeneration too!
