HELP! Where is Stardock support?

SINS Bundle not installed..

I purchased the sin bundle this weekend.  It comes with the Entrenchement add-on free.  Purchased it, and all I see is the add-on, and I get an error when I try to add the registration serial for the main game itself.  I applied the reg patch from the KB, but that didn't help.

I opened a ticket yesterday with billing and another one with tech today.  A whole business day has passed with not so much as a "we're looking at this issue."

What gives?  I've been using Steam for over a year with no issues.  I try Impulse and it's nothing but problems, and I can't even get the game I paid for!

Stardock was closed yesterday . . and today they are working through cases first in, first out.  They are gone for today but they'll get you tomorrow.  I'll follow up to be sure.

I know you are new and all, so ill give you a small hint.

With this company (Stardock/Ironclad), this sort of passive threatening does not work. They are more than happy to tell customers who just want to nitpick and argue and cause problems to get off their lawn.

Be nice, be patient, and you will get what you want.

azilber, yoru issue has been resolved.  Relaunc Impulse and you should be fine.

We were in office on the 6th. We were off on the 3rd however.
