Stardock for a full refund

ok people not sure if u read the hand book but in this little book on page 19  it says word for word !!!!

If support can't help you solve your technical issue, you can return the game directly to stardock for a full refund. We don't care

where you bought it , provided that it was at a retail in North America or online directly from Stardock. It could be direct from

Stardock to a user in Germany or a retail store in Boyne City Michigan ( just kidding, nobody actually lives in northern Michigan.)

Just include your receipt with a print out of the return authorization code that support gave you. (support will need your unique

serial number that hasnt been used before ) and we'll refund that amount.

iam not knockin this game just using freedom of speech.... and this is my thoughs on what has been going on with this game

What is the purpose of this post?  Are you looking for a refund?  I see you playing custom games all the time.

Is this some kind of joke???

You have:

291 games played in total,

Over 21 hours (48 games) in the last 5 days since the server reset

11 games played just today (only 3 had disconnects)

I really don't understand some people.  You don't even make a claim about a problem, why would you possibly deserve a refund?

I don't think he's asking for a refund, he's just saying it's possible. For some reason he seems to think we don't know.

Freedom of speech doesnt apply in a private forum. The owners are free to censor whatever they wish to censor :| just so you know.

iam just saying that if i had a choice i would like a refund i enjoy this game but iam guessing like in 2 months or so this game might be dead. If thay dont work out these bugs and connection problems ppl arnt going to be around to play and new ppl will just be stuck playing single player and well this game blows in single player since there is no story to it. also needs more maps and possible more gods. Time will only tell and its sad that it takes 2 or 3 weeks to get a patch. well how many ppl are working on this issue one person ? i also heard but cant confirm that frogboy is going on vacation or leaving. WHY THIS GAME ISNT FINISHED. like i said i dont hate this game but sad that its not finished.

1. crashing to desktop the error we have all seen

2. connection to host times out ?

3. ppl login in and out of your game then ppl cant connect.

4. some minor balancing

5. host forces is self out of match and gets a win

6. When i kick some 1 he just rejoins ( need a timer so cant rejoin you )

7. are thay bata testing these patchs why doesnt the random work on release ?

these are minor things that take 2 or 3 weeks to try to fix.

these are my ideas

So basically, you bought the game, got your kicks. And then decide that 2 months down the line. You'd be bored and want to return it, effectively playing for a couple of months for free?

So, this is pretty much a "I know I've been playing hours and hours of this game, but now I think it sucks! And I want my money back!"

So obviously you're a masochist. Wonder if you do the same thing for everything else?

"Yanno that movie I've just watched? All 3 hours of it? Though it sucked, gimme my money back."

"I've had this shirt for three years, wore it every day, but now it bores me. Gimme my money back."

"See, that lunch I had here last week? In retrospect, I didn't really like it. Gimme my money back!"

"Yeah, this game was nice at first, but now that I've played 200 hours of it, I dunno, the novelty just isn't there anymore, no more surprises, it sucks! Gimme my money back!"

Blue, considering the amount of games you've played and the hours you've gotten out of this, receiving a refund would be really taking advantage of the company.  I've played games which were much more buggy over the years, and never had an option to get a refund.  Demigod has come a long way, and is a much more solid product now.

Official response: If you have played the game any length of time; you won't get a full refund.  If you don't go through support to try to resolve your problem; you won't get a full refund.  If you don't like the game (or have grown bored); you won't get a refund.

Its sad when people think they can do this just because they see the word "refund". It's also freaking ANNOYING when people keep saying the game is dying or is going to be dead just because they don't like it and they've read 4 negative forum posts. The game is NOT dying, it's actually growing and will continue to grow so long as SD supports it.

So your opinion that the game community will dwindle is now a "technical" issue?

Holy ^%$#!  You've played 302 games online...  Bad troll!  No refund!

Why would you do this?  This is one of the most idiotic threads I've seen in a while.  You don't buy a game and then request a refund 3 months later because you're bored.  Fuggin noobtard.

Haha... pwnt.

Lock/delete this thread, plz.  This has so much fail it makes me want to cause bodily harm to the OP.

Aren't you that guy Blue, who makes noob games  but then stacks it with friends on your team knowing that you'll clobber the other players?

Also what is the point of this thread?

Oh geez. Wow. I just checked his record and Yes! He makes a lot of games that say "3v3 noobs only" but the people he plays with on his team are consistent across many games. He's like a 'gaming swindler'. Then on top of that he wants his money back because he's bored.

It's a sad story really. Just sad.

Definition of a bad seed.  I am sure he wonders why people don't keep playing against him.  If the community dwindles, which it currently isn't, YOU will certainly be partially to blame.

Can't stop shaking my head on this one.

I haven't been playing lately.  Partly, frustated from bad mutliplayer setup and buggy game, and partly from just not wanting to play.  I got over a month of entertainment out of it though and only paid 20$ for it since I got one of those codes.  I think I got my monies worth without a refund.

i agree i know i wont get a refund just informing people. didnt mean for this post to go wack !!!!
