Sports Bootskins and Login Screens

hey whats goin on everyone i was wondering if theres any1 out there that would be willing to make me a Buffalo Sabres bootskin or login screen preferably with derek roy in it..id do it myself but i have no clue how to go about doing so lol...i was searching through the login screens and seen a detroit redwings one that looks amazing!(https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=7231&libid=26) so i was wondering if its not too much of a problem..thanks in advanced
