Open Letter for Anyone

from JoeUser Forums
       I am making this article so that anyone that might want to get my attention for something that would be off topic elsewhere can do so. It's one of the things joeuser is lacking (unless i can't find it), a way to off topicly communicate with the other bloggers without hijacking a blog in process.
       Comments, questions, requests, whatever, toss them in here and I'll see them. Today, tomorrow, next year. Thanks to the wonderful feature known as the Watch List

Well, I am glad that you are feeling better. You are one of the few bloggers that so far has replied regularly to anything I have written...so thanks for that VERY much appreciated. If i knew how..I'd add you to my favorites...Heck..I dont even know how to do that..to make one of those...(or to link..or to post an image, or even bold something ...etc...etc...lol) it seems easy enough..maybe i just have a crappy computer...Anyway, lol...thanks again.

It's not the computer, it's html code for the links, images and bolding. When you enter comments there should be buttons you can click on for those options. Take note of what code pops up when you hit the buttons and you can use it yourself. Or just use the buttons each time you need them. As for the favorites, I'm pretty sure thats under "My Account" then "Manage Site Custom Links" Then I think you type in the links you want to link to. Havn't played with that myself, but it seems to be the right place to do it. And your welcome

Yeah, I'm glad you're feeling better too. I know there have been times that a simple kind word has made a great deal of difference to my feelings - even through the internet!

I haven't set mine either, but it's beginning to seem like a much more efficient way of getting where I want to go around here. I was wondering, however, do you think there's some kind of protocol regarding this? I mean, like asking permission or something. Would someone actually mind if they were on someone else's 'favorite's' list? Sometimes I drive myself crazy thinking about such things.

I've noticed my blog on three other peoples lists, and they didn't ask me. Not that I mind, I find it rather flattering. I would suspect it's like anything else on your blog, it's your blog you do whatever you want If someone minds, well they can yell at you after the fact

I'm the same place I always am, in my room. But you probably meant something along the lines of 'why aren't you posting/commenting?'. Simple answer: don't feel like it. More complex answer: I've been feeling very disconnected and such so I'm being even more antisocial then usual (as my last article may have implied, and which I should really reply back to at some point). So er, guess that's it. Thanks for caring enough to ask.

Sorry I found this after the fact Danny. Can you please help and tell me how to fix my blog site? I thought I put up a link and
instead put up a huge picture!!! If I click on My Account, nothing happens so I don't know how to fix this! Thanks Danny

I answered in the other article, but I can answer over here as well
You can delete the picture off the server you put it on (making sure to keep a copy on your computer to put back up later). This will put broken graphic links in the sidebar, but will be a work around until you can get into the my account area.
This link should take you directly your account. If that's not working, you could try logging off, back on, and then the link again. If it's still not working, wait a few hours and try again? Sometimes the servers are rather tempermental (bad servers).
From what is shown on your blog I would guess your link included img src, but it definetly came out oddly. The rest of your blog is there, you just have to scroll sideways for it. If you'd like to instant message me, feel free. I hope this helps somewhat.
