I play on a EUROPEAN SERVER anyway if the usa website has the policy doesn´t matter

In the future, when you use the work of others, which includes parts of their work, you need to include the permission in the upload -- not just stated -- you need to include an e-mail attachment that says that person gave you permission. Just looking at the WoW sight isn't enough. WoW is owned by Blizzard -- you need to go to the Blizzard site/Blizzard's lawyers.
