Do favor points still count if you finish a PANTHEON game when you are playing alone?

I just played a Pantheon game and the wait was long (about 15min) during the loading screen for Crucible Map. I heard "A player has left the game" and suddenly the game started. I looked at the score board, and it was a 3v3 game. There were 2 names showing AI where ping should be, and the rest said 0 ping (including me). I shift+entered saying if anyone was there with no response. I still finished the game (cause its still fun for me). I just want to know if the favor points count towards the Pantheon stats. Thanks in advance for any replies!

Depends. Sometimes it does and other times it doesn't. If the game split and the original host plays "another" version of that round, his scores will count over yours. Atleast that is what it looks like to me.
