How to download Sins of a Solar Empire:Entrenchment

OK, so I bought the digtal download of the game and I was all ready to play with the starbases and mines intill it said I needed to download Impulse, I did it once, and after the computer restarted I clicked to download Entrenchment and it went to the Impulse download again, I also tried to log into my impulse account and it said no internet connection, but I was already online when I tried to log in.  Please reply and suggets ways to get it downloaded or at least help to suggest bto get a refund

Impulse IS the way to get it downloaded.

I'm not sure you can get a refund if you cannot configure your PC to download. Many people (myself) included have downloaded it. And since you can download it multiple times (no limit like some games), then the only reason you cannot have the game is due to

1) You having no internet connection

2) No space to put it on your machine

3) No ability to connect to Impulse due to an issue with your setup

4) An issue with Impulse itself

Of these, the last is probably least likely as they have had a while to get it ironed out. Note that if you are running Vista you need to run as an admin to do the install...

Note that Impulse is self patching, so the version you download may want to update itself before you can use it...

You will also need to specify a proxy server to use if you are not using a normal gateway connection...

You need to launch Impulse, log in (with the same e-mail you used to buy it), and it will show up under My Games as Available to download. Just cilck it then click Install in the bottom right.

hm better if any body upload new patch 1.03 for addon

this is so terrible when you have license .bin file but cant update game from 1.02 to 1.03 without serial number /
