Probably because FASA is no longer active (it isn't defunct, but they pretty much exist only as a corporate entity).

Such a old school game, thats from when i was like 8 or 9 years old haha, and then after that I started playing starsiefe forever, one of the best games of all time with the best community! haha good shit
