does anyone know how to change the the planet reasearch time. like the explore planet research.tactical and logistics slot upgrades research. that you choose from when you take a planet??

there is an entry in each of the planet entity's planetUpgradeDef upgradeTime that has I think the number of seconds that the upgrade takes
