Fail to join the lobby even though "connected" to everyone

It seems to be happening more and more frequently, i'll be connected to everyone but it doesnt get into the lobby, no matter how long it sits there.

Is this a known issue or am I just stuck? It seems to happen most often after joining a game but leaving before the game starts and trying to select another one. I can provide a screenshot if thats worth anything.
