well i had the same prob but i foudn i deleted my email  so i had to get them to sort it out for me they did it with in 2 hours i was surrprised

It's understandable to be frustrated when you have trouble getting a game you bought to work, it's not doing yourself any favours to go to the forums and make an indignant post for all the fan's of the game to see.

Your account has Demigod registered to it.  Perhaps a typo in your PW?

I would laugh if this guy gets banned within 1 day of buying the game for being a moron...

I already fixed the problem, but I will say this: The idea of having games attached to your email instead of your Impulse account is a stupid decision.  I don't understand how a company that specializes in online disturbation manages to think this was a good idea, even Steam got this correctly by slapping everything into one prime account and allows you to change your email (if there is a way to change my Stardock email, it sure as hell ain't obvious!)

Let me get this straight. You weren't sufficiently embarassed at your first post in which you:

1) Admitted publicly that you did not follow directions;

2) Admitted publicly that instead of trying to sort out the problem you assumed it was a scam and overreacted;

3) Got pwned by Stardock support who publicly verified your account and asked if maybe you typed in the wrong PW (lulz)

4) and then, as if that wasn't bad enough, you come back and criticize their email policies?

You remind me of my cat when he does something stupid like bumping his head on the edge of my desk when he's playing. He pretends that meant to do it and keeps bumping his head (I have this image of you bumping your head against my desk and I swear it's a coffee-out-the-nose moment).
