You know how you always get fed up with your parents trying to tell you how to do things when you already know how to do them? I'm sure we've all been that way before. Or they try to convince you that you are too young to do certain things? We all feel like we know most things basic to our lives. I always have this problem with my parents and other relatives. But now it seems like I'm having that same problem with some of my friends. I guess you just can get away from it.

One of my best friends sometimes tells me what I should and shouldn't do like most friends will tell you. But sometimes I feel she chimes in at the wrong times. Like when I want to make a choice about something simple she feels like she needs to tell me what to choose. I don't even ask her for advice. She just simply butts in and slaps it right down on the table, it's like she's almost forcing me to eat something that I don't want to. Then one of my guy friends at my church always feels that he needs to stick up for me. If he hears that a guy or any other person at my school is bothering me, or I'm not getting along with he always tells me he wants to go beat them up for me. At our turkey dinner last weekend at church another kid from my school came. I merely said that the kid sometimes freaked me out. But I never said I had problems with him or I wasn't friends with him. Well my friend tells me that if he needs to he'll take care of him for me. I'M NOT A FRIGGIN BABY! Urgh! I'm pretty sure that the last time I checked, I can take care of things my self. I don't really like to resolve to violence for the answers to life.

Heh....then there's Shaun....I like the way he looks at most things.(not the perverted crap. lol.) He simply tells me that if I should ever be in need to come to him. He doesn't try to get in the way of my things. The same way with Alex. When we were going out, he let me take care of things on my own. He knew I didn't need any help with things. I could simply take care of them myself.

I just wish more people were like that. I mean yeah I like people to get involved with my life, just not every single, darn second of it. So just give me some space........you should know who you are.

Everyone is just looking out for you. Some of those guy friends sound a bit protective to say the least, you just need to tell them that you can handle yourself.

Yes....but I tend not to slap anymore....I find most people aren't too fond of it. I found out that you aren't so that's why I never slap you anymore.
