IE Desktop Icon Doesn't Change.

For some reason, when I change icons with the current version of icon packager. The desktop IE icon doesn't change. It does change within the start menu. Can anyone shed light on this? It is because of a setting within Vista Premium. I've had this computer a year and never had any trouble with any of stardock products, until this minor issue.

Funny you mention that. I use Firefox but I am having the same issue. I cant get any of the packages to install or even recognize the icons. I have never had issues either until the update.

I have the same problem with Win7.
