Navigating large galleries

How can I review a numbered page in any gallery?

Its frustrating, trying to find anything in a large gallerry. There are a few galleries well over a thousand pages long. You can't navigate these galleries in one session, its impossible and would take all night. So, How do you go to the gallery page where you finished reviewing in your last session, to carry on reviewing from there? I can't find a way at all or, am I missing something? Is there a further option available to paying subscribers only, to jump to a gallery page number - for example.  Deviantart restricts non-subscribers to view only twenty items per page but, if you want to pay money and subscribe, then you can view 60, 80 etc items per page. How can I go directly to a numbered page in any gallery?

1. Open wincustomize.com.

2. Look at the top right of the page.

3. Press "Settings" if you are a subscriber.

4. Open "My account" tab.

5. Go here: Web Viewing Options -> Skins per page (from 8 to 100) -> Show skins with this rating or higher (1 - 5 stars or All)

That's all... B)

Just type in the name of the skin which you want or you last browsed in the search box at the top.

the page number is the last number listed in the address bar, just change that to the one you want.

Vad_M, I'm sure your right but again this is just like DeviantArt, you have to become a Subscriber which I'm not and won't be. Non-subscribers are restricted to 8 or 12 only. Amitsaran, again you are correct, assuming you keep a running list of last skins you reviewed. But Karmat, this is by far the easiest to remember, thanks to yourself and particularily to Lantec for further clarification.  Thanks to everyone for their quick responses, have a drink on me!

Hi TrueScot .. this is my way : drag&drop the site icon from the url bar to have the link of the last opened page on the desktop

(or keep it into a new folder with other links created) then whenever you want drag&drop the link on a browser open page

this way you can start again your gallering around just from where you left the last time !

Good idea, Frankell! Sometimes I will just bookmark the page I want to start from, but if I don't delete them later, it gets a bit messy.

Hi karmat

the "bookmarks" idea is very useful when you have a "full size" browser page as you cannot access the desktop

go on creating a new folder on the "Toolbar Bookmarks" ( just right click) where drag&drop the sites icon (in my "Basket" folder I'm keeping some temporary links ) then you'll find much easier to delete them ! ;)

They just keep coming. Thanks Frankell, Karmat, it all seems so simple now. Here is little utility I use all the time, looking at it now its ideal for remembering gallery URLs. Its called Clipboard Diary - and it can be found here  http://clipdiary.com/?s=cdm - It keeps a virtually unlimited number of clipboard entries for use any time later. Keep them indefinitely or delete when no longer needed. No longer a one copy clipboard. I could keep all my last gallery pages here and copy them to the address-line whenever I want. Thanks for stimulating the exchange.

Drinks all round ...  again.        ^_^

Good grief. All you have to do is leftclick on the url in the browser's window. drag it to your faves bar (or use the Bookmarks button). Done.

DrJBHL, haven't you read earlier posts? This has already been suggested by Karmat who also said it "gets a bit messy". Remember, these postings are also for the benefit of neophytes. So, be patient.|-)
