Cool.

A couple things to watch, though:

  • Watch the size of images. While everything's pretty snappy on my own computer, I can just imagine some of these being slow on low bandwidth connections.
  • Most of these are just HTML/CSS designs, but there are a couple that make extensive use of Flash. As popular as Flash is, please fall back to a fully functional HTML website if somebody is not using Flash. Please do not be lazy and punish them by giving them a "sorry, we require Flash" message.

Other than that, very good websites! Many of them are even well written if you look at the HTML.

Another site with good designs is the CSS Zen garden. In the zen garden, they use the same HTML, but just change the CSS. But they can do a lot of stuff with CSS!
