Problem loading impulse

I am having a problem with my impulse, and I have posted a thread in another link, but it wasn't getting responded to so I have decided to repost in it's own thread.

I had changed my nickname in my user settings, and now it has constantly been sending me this message in my impulse whenever I logon:

Context: Impulse: WebService: ValidateAccount
Message: (Result: 6 - Invalid Stardock.net account.
A Stardock.net account does not exist for "James Strickler II". You must register the account first.)
Build #: 975

This normally hasn't been a problem, but I can't use my impulse properly so I can't download my copy of Entrenchment yet.

Can anyone please help me with this?

WinCustomize Forums Top

Click the orb of Impulse in the top left corner and choose change log-in.

Enter your recent changes and see if it logs in. If not you will need to contact support at Stardock via email.
