Chat to all button?

Apologies to the guys I just played a Pantheon match with, but I couldn't find the Chat to All button, only the Allies one, so I couldn't "gg" and such.

Can someone tell me how to chat to all? Because the key isn't listed in the options menu. Which is kind of irritating. :(

But "gg" to Renjikenpachi, benny_buckshot and AvengerUK. Was my first multiplayer match and it was refreshing to see people not being rude in an MP game for once. :)

It might, but as I don't have a manual it's kinda of irrelevant if it's in there or not. ;)
