Patch ?

About 1 hour ago when i tried to go into Internet play, the game said "An update is required to play Demigod online, would you like to download this now.." I clicked download or whatever the button was, and ocfourse it hang like everything do in Demigod.

I closed the program via Task Manager, and entered game again to dl the patch, however no option was given this time, and I tried go to Impulse to see of there was a patch ready there. Nothing.

When I once again entered the game I was imideately connected to 3 other players and we got into a game with no lag or anything. RIght after i tried a 3 vs 3 custom and once again everything worked right away.

Was there a patch, or what is going on ? noone of my mates had any msg about a patch however.

There seems to be an issue with the updates not being checked correctly, we're looking into it.

Thanks for the reply, but does this mean there has been an update, which failes to download, or was it a bug that it told me there was one ?

Impulse tells me I'm running v1.00 but I'm pretty sure I had a least one update since the initial release.  I think it was yesterday.  What version should it say if I'm up to date?

Get into the game and look at the version number at the main menu.  The version should be like 1.00.091 or something like that.
