Cap Ship Count and Supply count mod

How can I mod these in Entrenchment 1.2??

I had a sweet little mod that allowed me to have 100 cap ships and 10,000 supply. I also modded some features of the starbases. But what sucked is that I finished this literally a day before the new updates came out and have no idea how to mod any of these again. Entrenchment doesn't even have some of these files in it's GameInfo folder anymore. I'm just wondering if anyone has found txt versions of the new files for E1.2 and Sins1.16 yet? God, I didn't even have a chance to balance and test this mod much. And yes I have a comp that won't freeze with all these ships in one grav well, that was the first thing I tested. My main objective was to allow more freedom between the small/medium/large fleet sizes for comp's that could handle the extra burden. Please anyone write back with a solution or a "your just fucked until they release it". Thanks.

Huh?I know where the binary game files are, I need the txt versions of v1.02 entrenchment and 1.16 of sins. Unless there you know a way around it to achive similar results. Right now I modded my frigates to have no supply value but that gets a lot messier in game than what I actually want to do, plus I've found no way around the Cap Ship count.
