So Long and Thanks for All the Wins!

So, long story short, I'm retiring my old gaming rig (amongst other things I'm liquidating) so I can live light for a little while.  In retrospect, the last couple years may not have been the best time to make a career change and move to Los Angeles, but I'm still optimistic something will work out.

Few games have ever kept my interest as long as this one, and few have I played so much that I actually started to feel like a member of that game's "community".  Which is probably why I always have the Sins forums up in a browser window, even though I sometimes go a few weeks without playing.

Who knows...maybe I'll be back for the 2nd or 3rd expansion if I get some job stability.  In the meantime, rest assured...if some ebil smurf vents the atmosphere from your ships and sets your cities on fire, it wasn't me.

Will Cykur its best to get your life together frist becuse that is what fill your altremet life in the games u play. beside sins takes way to much time to beat one game online espacally entrenchment.

Will i hope fro the best fro you and with luck we all might might see you in the up coming expansions if we are all still here I might just leave sins aswel to go to End War (fro the PS3)  or starcraft2 (PC) i hear there more user friedly and there match dont take fro ever to win. but i might comeback a few times to check out them community but that will be rare fro me.and all that is left to say is good luck and thank you fro your accentice in the ico and helping noobs get a wining chance when games are stack

If you are truely leaving, it will be sad to see you go. You were one of the first along with Whip that I got to know online and game with regularly. You kicked my ass a few times and probably saved it even more. I learned alot from both sides of the fence. Especially to watch my micro and to preserve ships more...

Good luck with your endeavours - you leave a big hole in the community (especially since you are one of the most "grounded" DT guys).

In the meantime, rest assured...if some ebil smurf vents the atmosphere from your ships and sets your cities on fire, it wasn't me.

You're right - its probably Siddy....

you're making the right decision. This community is pretty different from others, and we'll be sad to see such a respected member go. But, from your posts I can see you're pretty damn smart, so with a bit of economic luck you'll be better off when all this is said and done. good luck in whatever you do!

Good luck in life mate:)

According to the skill and behaviour you present in your online appearance, I am pretty sure a descent guy like you won't struggle to find what you are looking for.

Have fun and GG:)
