Karen, my original statement was that a friend had a customer service problem with the people who sold him msstyles.
My point is, Jeff's attitude in these posts is all the proof I need to steer me clear of Hyperdesk's customer service.
Now, I know that I can be a PITA sometimes, and I'm an opinionated, judgmental, often touchy broad, but even with some of Stardocks most "no-BS" people, I have been treated with respect....because I think they KNOW, there are customers, and would-be customers, who lurk at these forums and will see how people are treated. From Jeff's posts, you can tell...he just doesn't give a shit what people think.
And I'm sorry that this thread, despite pleas that it not, turned into a bash Hyperdesk thread, but from what I can tell, Hyperdesk
asks for this sort of thing, with it's/it's staff's general attitude.
That's all I'm going to say about it.
