Add Files To Right Click Menu

This is just something I foundout, and I thought I'd share.

TEXT TUTORIAL
In order to do this your programs name must NOT have spaces, dashes, or any of that crap in it's name.

ex.
freewaretipsvpic.exe

Also it CAN NOT be a shortcut.

Also the program must be in either 2 locations, and their listed below.
C:\Windows
C:\Windows\System32

Now with that being said lets begin the tutorial. (Were going to add Microsoft Paint to the right click menu)

First open up Registry Editor, by typing in your Start Search (StartMenu) regedit.exe and open up the program.

Now with the program up, and ready, navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell

Now click on your shell folder and then right click hover over "New" and click on "Key".
Give the folder the name Microsoft Paint (the name that displays on the right click menu) and hit enter.

Now apply the same aspects to the Microsoft Paint folder, but instead of naming it Microsoft Paint, name it command (SMALL letters).

Now were almost done.

Click on the command folder you just created, and then right click the Default text under name, and click on Modify.

Now for the value data just type in the name of the application, and it's file type. (ours is mspaint.exe])

You're now done.

Not everyone is comfortable with messing about with RegEdit. I don't mind doind it myself, but I still find RightClick much easier to use/customize. [link]
