What am I doing Wrong!!

I don't get it

I have made a few things that I didn't think were bad but I would like to know what I am doing wrong not to get in the galleries-especially my latest-I sure would appreciate any suggestions to do better-THANKS!!!

Belittling people who are innocent, and making them feel more of a failure than they already are, isn't nice either..

Yesterday I felt good for the first time since... the LAST time I was belittled:rofl: .. not anymore.:hugme:

No its not nice at all....some like to try and offer help in a constructive way, others are a bit more blunt.

But to make fun of someones work is never helpful....especially for a new skinner trying to learn.

Belittling a person is not supposed to be allowed anyway...

Well....since she can't do that anymore, what exactly is the proper way for her to have gone about that?  Her accusations had some proof, but the items of evidence were private -- just for future reference, what are the official procedures for dealing with these things...for when a member feels they are being treated unfairly by a moderator?  And are there any guarantees that the member will be treated unbiasedly by higher authorities?

I'm not going to discuss a specific issue, because nobody here except the parties involved have access to the complete "story", and the actions behind it.

If a member is having an issue with another member they shoudl escalate vial PM or email to a moderator.

If they are having a problem with the moderators they should email [email protected].
