Docking window as a title bar on desktop

I customized by desktop in XP about 6 months ago and had some windows blinds skins that would dock a window on the desktop as a title bar.  Each window had a 4th button along with mimimize, maximize and close.  Now I've upgraded to Vista (which would explain the 6 month gap) and I don't see that option on any WB skins.  So here are my questions:
1) What is that feature called?
2) Is it available now that I have Vista?
3) If so, is it a function of WB, vista or the skin and how do I turn it on?

Thanks,

That is called Roll Up.You can configure WindowBlinds to do that when clicking on the titlebar in  WB configuration, Settings tab/Titlebar Settings. It's at at the bottom of the page. And yes,it works fine with Vista.

OK, thanks for that info.  Now I can "roll up" with a double click of the title bar.  But what happened to the fourth dot option in the upper right hand corner?  I didn't see that as an option in the list?  Is that no longer an option?  I would rather do that than double click, but at least I can do it now.:smitten:

That extra button is up to the skinner,it doesn't seem to be used much any more. Jawndo by Night Train is one of the newer ones to  have a Roll Up button.Link You may like it,very polished and a good choice of colors, great for everyday use. Also look at  O_Stage_V,also by NT.Link Both are WB6/Vista ready.

There may be a way to add your own with SkinStudio, but that is something I know little about.
