Start Menu Icons

With some blinds, there doesn't seem to be enough room in the start menu for both icons and text. Is there a way to not have icons displayed in the start menu and just have text? I'm using XP SP3, ObjectDesktopUltimate. Thanks for any tips you might have.

Or the other way around, can you have icons on the right side without text?

Hi,you must setting the text margin on the left about -50,try changing this value,you can adjust the text how you want,i've tried this before posting my reply.
