Don't look the explorere background or others elements, this is only a screenshot after three hours of works...i want hear if you like the idea of totally transparent

As with anything totally transparent,it will depend on having a wall behind it that isn't to "busy" and the start menu may be hard to read if another window with text is open behind it,just my opinion,based on the ones I have tried to use in the past.

Looks nice and wall too is perfect. Just make the task pane more attractive.

You've right Wizard, i know that the start menu may be hard to read if another window is open behind it, infact i think to release two substyles: one totally transparent and one white or semy-transparent

That's the ticket,good idea.Then one would have a choice,depending on usage and background.

Too many problems with the total transparent (my graphic card, many parts hard to read, etc...) so i've changed my skin...the dominant color is always the azure but with the background of a shiny white and the result seems very good

Using white instead of transparent will save you a huge amount problems in the long run. Looks good so far! If you want to send it to me I can take a look and maybe give you some pointers? Don't worry about it not being finished. I have seen my fair share of WIP (I have about 5 unfinshed blinds on my system right now)
