The currency system is broken.

    It's really easy to abuse the system. Strangely enough, it seems that CCP encourages it as they don't crack down on the infinite macro miners or isk bears who sell constantly on various websites (including Ebay). I have also caught a few GM that have separate accounts and sell to themselves. If they're not doing that.. they're just giving out money for no reason, invalidating having currency in the first place.

I haven't even gotten to the strange cult-like corporations you can join, how you never leave your ship (but for some reason can customize every detail of your chars appearance), not to mention the general sense of all-encompassing boredom that comes over me when I play it for longer than 5 minutes.

That only scratches the surface, but it's pretty much summed up.

I should get my  friend into this game but she doesnt have a computer just a wii, a ps2, and a xbox. Gah if i get her into this game there goes my laptop ...

First of all, you are confusing astronomy and astrology. Astronomy is the study of planets, moons, stars, and other celestial phenomenons. Astrology, on the other hand, is a psuedoscience that tries to discover things by studying the positions of celestial objects, among other things. Therefore, your girlfriend thinks that you are playing a game that teaches astronomy not astrology. If you are going to insult people, at least do it right.

im yet to play a girl in an RTS game i play with girls on FPS and they are just as capable of smashing guys into the ground and yeah my miss normally say how do you me or your computer

My partner has gotten to the stage where she can half tell if I am in game or not. This means she knows if I am in the lobby I can technically come and help her with something. She even knows to look for the chat at the top of the screen as a sign of MP. I'm just lucky she hasn't learned to READ what is said - so pirates and other AI attacking me in SP can pass as prood I am playing and cannot possibly go and unload the dishwasher as it is unfair on the other players!!!

She also said the frog chirping drives her nuts (whenever in lobby someone posts it makes the chirp noise).

Learn how to mimic that.
