1. have win to games ratio above 60%

2.be nice and have a posotive atitude.

3. register on official website www.starassassins.yuku.com

4. play either me or caius

5. must be approved by me or caius

AND YOU MUST ALWAYS HAVE A {SA} in your name Thank you and that is all.
