hi im planning to make an non-oficial clan without website
it only stands at the forum
so i want to know if its legal to make an non-oficial clan so say it to my so i can get on work with it

just make the clan on the form and u got it in game no website involved
You need a license. Did you pay the licensing fee? If not then please send $100 to [DT]WHIPperSNAPper or the space police will chase you down and beat you with rubber hoses.
Just kidding! If you want to form a clan, get some friends together and knock yourself out. You don't need anyone's permission.
Yep you can make any clan you want, any name, just make sure it is not the same as someone else's on here. If you create your own website and put on the internet yourself, you will have to pay a fee for the domain name.
