WB6 CRASH ON VISTA PREMIUM

When I open wb and apply a skin then if i click on any othe the other tabs at the top of the screen like colors fonts transparency & blurr etc my wb crashes does anyone know why this is happening?

I figured out the problem. When i installed impulse this program installed my windowsblinds to a different directory then sd central did so when i would click on the icon in my quicklaunch bar it was pulling it from the old folder where it was installed before. in other words there were two installations of wb on my system i deleted all the files in the old folder and uninstalled the wb program restarted my pc and reinstalled everythin seems to be working fine.
